Clothes Pin Frame

Saturday morning was spent checking out some garage sales. I found this frame and got pretty excited! It's perfect for my new project!! The glass is cracked in the corner, but I don't need it, so no worries!

I ripped of the backing so I could get the picture out.

This frame is going in my baby's room. The walls are three shades of green with pink assessories. I used the spray paint we had left from some other projects in her room. Dark pink first.

Followed by the light pink.

I took sand paper to some areas while the paint was still wet to get this effect.

In place of the picture I added some fun green scrapbooking paper to match the green walls. You could use fabric for this part as well. I used mounting squares, and just attached the paper to the backing that was already part of my frame.

I kept the matting frame and just turned it over. The other side was bright white - just what I needed!! Then, I added some twine for hanging my pictures.

The staples in the back of the frame were perfect for securing the twine.

Next, I added my baby clothes pins and pictures.

I love that I can hold four photos on one frame!! This is such a great addition to Baby Girl's room!!

The "after" is so much better!! I heart garage sales!! :o)
